Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Haul (“we”, “the app”) handles information when you use the Haul iOS application. Haul is a private table map for photographing market bags, spreading produce into Greens / Fruit / Dairy / Dry zones, and pinning what to use first on this device.
1. Summary
Most records stay on your device. Produce items, zone slots, used-log snapshots, Coins balance, and unlock records are stored locally. Haul does not operate messaging, live streaming, or stranger-matching features. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
2. Information processed on your device
- Produce names, table zones, slots, optional photos, and optional sort notes
- Optional short sort voice cues
- Used-log name snapshots after you mark an item as used
- Profile photo if you choose one
- Coins balance and consumable unlock state (overflow slots)
- Basic preferences such as table reminders and User Agreement acceptance
3. Permissions
Haul requests system permissions only when related to a feature you use:
- Camera — photograph market bags or produce on Add or Table, or a profile photo on Mine when you tap Camera
- Photo Library — choose a produce or profile photo, and save use-first cards
- Microphone — record a short sort cue when you tap Record on Add or on an item detail
- Notifications — optional evening table reminders
- App Tracking Transparency — the system prompt appears on first open after Continue so you can set Apple’s tracking preference. Haul does not use an advertising identifier to track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and spreading bags, sorting the table, and pinning use-first items still work if you decline.
4. Purchases
Coins are consumable In-App Purchases processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details. Purchase records follow Apple’s App Store terms and privacy practices.
5. Content on this device
Notes stay on this device. Haul may run a local sensitive-word check before saving a produce name or note. Haul is not a public plaza and does not publish your table to other users.
6. Third parties
Haul does not upload your produce photos, voice cues, or notes to third-party automated analysis services.
7. Children
Haul is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the app if you are under the minimum age required in your region.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we publish a revision.
